Membership Platform

You can manage your ISP membership, browse and register for events, access the members-only community, post and join discussions, connect with other members via direct message, exchange digital business cards, and update your professional profile.

Once logged in, click the Community section from the left-hand menu on desktop, or tap the Community icon at the bottom of the screen on the app. From there you can access the feed, join groups and view other members. 

Go to the Events section from the main menu. Browse upcoming events, click the event you want to attend and follow the registration steps. You can manage all your registered events from your profile.

On the app, tap the QR code icon on the home screen to view your digital business card. To exchange cards with another member, tap 'Scan Code' and scan each other's QR codes. At online events, tap the business card icon next to an attendee's name.

Yes. Tap the chat icon on the app or click the message icon on desktop. Search for a member by first or last name to start a conversation. You can also request a meeting or share media through direct messages. 

The member directory lets you search for and view profiles of other ISP members. You can filter by name or other criteria to find members you want to connect with.

The new platform is made up of two parts, each requiring a sign in when switching between the member platform and learning platform. The system also needs you to sign in when starting a new course to enable accurate tracking.
