Mentoring

ISP Mentoring gives members the chance to become a mentor or mentee.

The scheme takes place through a designated community group on the new ISP member platform. It's a perk of membership for Fellows, Students, and Members, and is entirely self-run by those involved.

Are you a member looking for a mentor? Here's what to do:

1. In the side menu on the new member platform, go to 'My Community', and below 'ISP Connect', you'll see 'ISP Mentoring' under 'My Groups'.

2. Either share a post in the group feed detailing what you're looking for (see this guide), OR introduce yourself to a mentor by commenting on their introductory video or messaging them directly through the platform.

Not visited the platform yet? Get set up here. (Those who transitioned from the old platform should use the email associated with their ISP account).

Perhaps you're a Fellow wanting to help teach others?

Great! Simply fill out this form and we'll be in touch with the next steps.

Meet the Mentors

Become a mentor

To be a mentor is to give back, by helping others who are more junior than you to learn from your expertise and experience.

Volunteering to become a mentor is also a good way of demonstrating your commitment to advancing sales as a profession.

Be a mentee

Asking to be mentored shows recognition of the value of learning from others, and is a great investment in your professional development.

As a mentee, it is up to you to show enthusiasm for learning by keeping to agreed dates and keeping up the momentum, just like with your sales role.
