As the Head of Quality & Compliance at ISP, Sarah ensures that the ISP Awarding Organisation remains fully compliant with regulatory requirements. Leading a team of Independent Assessors, she ensures that the assessment of apprentices is standardised and accurate. Sarah oversees the monitoring of approved training providers offering ISP qualifications and Apprenticeships. With over 20 years experience in the Awarding Organisation sector—spanning both large and small organisations—Sarah brings a deep understanding of quality assurance and compliance. Prior to this, Sarah worked in further education as a Lecturer, Course Manager and Quality Assurer of vocational qualifications, giving her a well-rounded perspective on education and training standards.
