Ben started his career in sales and after 15 successful years, founded and grew his own tech business which was acquired in 2013. Currently CEO of Ideagen, a global compliance tech firm with over 16,000 customers, Ben served as Chief Commercial Officer before becoming CEO, leading Ideagen to Unicorn status in 2022 following a £1.1bn acquisition by private equity firm Hg.
