FAIR Ethics in Sales Register

Becoming a FAIR ethical sales professional is a key part of membership. It involves passing an exam on sales ethics and committing to a code of conduct. Those members who have made this commitment and passed their FAIR Sales Ethics exam are formally recognised by the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP) as a FAIR Ethics in Sales Practitioner and added to this register.

Successful relationships between buyers and sellers are founded in trust. More than 70% of buyers report that being able to trust a salesperson is critical to their buying decisions. The ISP FAIR Ethics programme is an online course and test that enables salespeople to demonstrate their understanding of and commitment to conducting business to the highest standards of ethical behaviour.

The ISP maintains a register of everyone who has completed the programme and passed the test. This provides sales professionals with an independent and authoritative demonstration of trustworthiness that they can share with clients and employers. The ISP register directly addresses the trust issue and is the gold standard for professional selling.

You can use this page to search for members who have passed the FAIR Sales Ethics exam by name, membership number or company.
